    4-H Life Skills Training 101: Teen Cuisine For teens, 14-19 years old. A fun, hands-on lesson on cooking & nutrition. Taught by a Registered Dietitian, youth will see how easy it is to cook taste and healthy recipes and to make smart food choices. This is the first of several 4-H Life Skills Training 101 sessions that will be offered through the school year.
