Early Career
She spent the 1st 10 years of her career in Medical Education, training medical students and residents in the specialty of Internal Medicine. She went on to form her own business and worked with 3 colleagues in a highly respected Internal Medicine practice for 16 years.
Accreditation
She retired in September 2013 to spend more time with her family in Northern Michigan. During her career, she has been the recipient of numerous awards, including multiple nominations as a “Top Doc” in Detroit Hour Magazine, the “Outstanding Clinical Faculty Award” from Wayne State University, and being named as “One of the Best Primary Care Physicians in the Country” by Town and Country Magazine.
Retirement
She hopes to spend her retirement years continuing her love of providing medical education here in Northern Michigan.
